CLARK COUNTY TOTE RENTALS
By completing your rental, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
You are responsible for all rented bins and equipment from the time of delivery until pickup is completed. All items must be returned in the same condition as delivered, normal wear and tear expected.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. An invoice and payment link will be sent to the email address provided during booking. Payment is due prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing by Clark County Tote Rentals. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Rental Agreement. Payment information is securely stored by Stripe and is not retained directly by Clark County Tote Rentals. Customers authorize Clark County Tote Rentals to charge the payment method on file for approved extensions, late fees, cleaning fees, damage charges, replacement costs, and any other charges authorized under this agreement.
Replacement Costs:
Any damaged, lost, or missing items may be charged to the payment method used at checkout.
Clark County Tote Rentals reserves the right to offer custom pricing for non-standard tote quantities, extended rental periods, seasonal demand, or limited inventory availability. Custom quotes will be confirmed in writing (email or invoice) prior to booking and supersede standard package and extension rates listed in this agreement.
Need more time? Just tell us — at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup date — and you'll pay our discounted early extension fee instead of a standard late fee.
Early extension fees apply only when the request is made at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup date and is confirmed by Clark County Tote Rentals in advance. Extensions are subject to availability. Requests made less than 24 hours before pickup, or after pickup has already passed without prior arrangement, fall under standard late fees below.
The following late fees apply if an extension was not arranged in advance (see Early Extension Fees above for discounted advance-request rates):
Hand Truck:
If you need additional time, contact us as early as possible — requests made at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup qualify for the discounted early extension fee above. Extensions are subject to availability.
All bins and equipment must be empty, accessible, and ready for pickup on the scheduled date. A service fee of up to $25 may apply if equipment is not accessible, not emptied, or pickup must be rescheduled.
All equipment is delivered clean, disinfected, and ready for use. Equipment returned with food residue, liquids, stains, odors, pest contamination, excessive dirt, or excessive debris may be subject to a cleaning fee of up to $25.
Customers are responsible for protecting rented equipment from weather exposure. Equipment should be stored indoors or under adequate cover whenever possible. Damage resulting from improper outdoor storage may result in additional charges.
Bins may not be used for hazardous materials, unsealed liquids, illegal activities or substances, or contents likely to damage the equipment. Customers are responsible for any damage caused by misuse.
Customers are responsible for protecting their belongings from weather, theft, damage, and improper packing while using Clark County Tote Rentals equipment.
Clark County Tote Rentals may photograph equipment upon delivery and pickup for inventory verification, condition documentation, and damage assessment purposes.
Clark County Tote Rentals is not liable for injury, loss, damage to personal property, or consequential damages arising from the use of rented equipment. Customers assume all risks associated with use of the equipment.
Delivery and pickup are available within Clark County Tote Rentals service areas. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside standard service zones. Service areas and applicable delivery fees will be confirmed at the time of booking. Delivery and pickup dates may be adjusted due to severe weather, road closures, vehicle breakdowns, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Clark County Tote Rentals.
Orders canceled more than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date will receive a full refund. Orders canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Orders canceled after delivery has been completed will be subject to a $99 restocking fee.
Equipment not returned within 30 days of delivery without an approved extension may be considered abandoned or unreturned. You authorize Clark County Tote Rentals to charge your payment method for replacement costs:
Returned items after replacement charges have been assessed may be eligible for a refund at the sole discretion of Clark County Tote Rentals.
By placing a rental order and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
