Rental Agreement

Clark County Tote Rentals · Effective June 2026


By completing your rental, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Equipment Responsibility

You are responsible for all rented bins and equipment from the time of delivery until pickup is completed. All items must be returned in the same condition as delivered, normal wear and tear expected.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. An invoice and payment link will be sent to the email address provided during booking. Payment is due prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing by Clark County Tote Rentals. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Rental Agreement. Customers authorize Clark County Tote Rentals to charge the payment method on file for approved extensions, late fees, cleaning fees, damage charges, replacement costs, and any other charges authorized under this agreement.

Damage or Loss

Replacement Costs:

Any damaged, lost, or missing items may be charged to the payment method used at checkout.

Late Returns

Hand Truck:

If you need additional time, please contact us before your scheduled pickup date. Extensions are subject to availability.

Pickup Access

All bins and equipment must be empty, accessible, and ready for pickup on the scheduled date. A service fee of up to $25 may apply if equipment is not accessible, not emptied, or pickup must be rescheduled.

Cleaning Fee

All equipment is delivered clean, disinfected, and ready for use. Equipment returned with food residue, liquids, stains, odors, pest contamination, excessive dirt, or excessive debris may be subject to a cleaning fee of up to $25.

Weather & Outdoor Storage

Customers are responsible for protecting rented equipment from weather exposure. Equipment should be stored indoors or under adequate cover whenever possible. Damage resulting from improper outdoor storage may result in additional charges.

Proper Use

Bins may not be used for hazardous materials, unsealed liquids, illegal activities or substances, or contents likely to damage the equipment. Customers are responsible for any damage caused by misuse.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for protecting their belongings from weather, theft, damage, and improper packing while using Clark County Tote Rentals equipment.

Condition Documentation

Clark County Tote Rentals may photograph equipment upon delivery and pickup for inventory verification, condition documentation, and damage assessment purposes.

Liability

Clark County Tote Rentals is not liable for injury, loss, damage to personal property, or consequential damages arising from the use of rented equipment. Customers assume all risks associated with use of the equipment.

Delivery & Service Area

Delivery and pickup are available within Clark County Tote Rentals service areas. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside standard service zones. Delivery and pickup dates may be adjusted due to severe weather, road closures, vehicle breakdowns, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Cancellation Policy

Orders canceled more than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date will receive a full refund. Orders canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.

Non-Return & Replacement Charges

Equipment not returned within 30 days of delivery without an approved extension may be considered abandoned. You authorize Clark County Tote Rentals to charge your payment method for replacement costs. Returned items after replacement charges have been assessed may be eligible for a refund at our sole discretion.

By placing a rental order and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
